Mersenne Developments is pleased to share a construction milestone at Broadland Enterprise Park, located just minutes from Norwich Airport.

The site, which will soon host new drive-thru destinations for Costa Coffee and Wendy’s, is progressing well and remains on track for completion in January 2026.

This dual-brand development is set to enhance the local retail and leisure offering, providing high-quality, convenient food and beverage options for residents, commuters, and airport travellers alike. The scheme forms part of Mersenne’s wider strategy to deliver impactful roadside and mixed-use developments across the UK.
