Costa and Aldi open in Llanelli

A new Aldi supermarket and Costa drive-thru opened in time for Christmas trading in December 2021. Located right on the roundabout next to the vast Trostre Retail Park this scheme was the result of a chance drive-by for Mersenne.

“I actually went to Llanelli to look at another drive-thru investment, but as I left the Trostre Retail Park I noticed this very high-profile plot fronting the roundabout” recalled Richard Laing of Mersenne, “Further enquiries revealed that Aldi and Costa had already identified it, so we managed to jump on-board via our Marrakushi fund and see the scheme through to completion just before Christmas.”
