Mersenne is a privately owned commercial property investor, developer, and funder. We pride ourselves in being reliable, dependable and straight forward to deal with.

Our current focus is drive-thru, roadside and convenience stores where our experience is second to none, having recently funded the development of 14 projects, all of which are currently held within our investment portfolio.

DEVELOPMENT

We develop new projects from inception; working with landowners and occupiers to deliver high quality facilities, quickly and efficiently. See our current requirements here.

FUNDING

Using our own funds, we work with other developers to 100% cashflow projects through construction, which are then generally held as long-term investments. This allows developers to efficiently utilize our funds to maximize their profits without using capital of their own.

INVESTMENT

Our investment portfolio mostly comprises projects we have either developed or funded through development. Having a substantial asset base provides the security to our partners that we have not only the experience, but the means to deliver.

Origins

The origins of Mersenne date back to 1996 when our founder started Prime plc, (www.primeplc.com) which became the UK’s leading healthcare developer, having delivered well over 100 projects worth over £1billion across the UK and Ireland.

Mersenne was established as a new and separate company in 2014. Initially purely focussed on building up a commercial investment portfolio, but with a background in development, we soon found that there was a gap in the market to provide development funding for the rapidly growing drive-thru and convenience store sectors.
